Delivery Schedule Fast moving items, which we hold in stock, are normally despatched within 48 hours for next day delivery to you. Larger expensive items and special order items may take a few days longer. We achieve order completion within 14 days for 95% of all orders that we receive.

Pre-Orders Once you have placed your pre-order, you will receive email confirmation within 24hours with a new invoice number. When we are ready to dispatch your goods we will call you and arrange delivery and take money from your account.

Returns o To return goods for any reason please E-mail customer services department informing them of the reason of the return. o Goods returned must be in their original condition and packaging. o Goods must be returned at the expense of the consumer by registered means. o Goods returned for reasons relating to a fault will be returned to the consumer at our expense as long as they conform to the relevant criteria.
Refunds o All products carry a 7-day no quibble money back guarantee o The fixture cannot have been installed or modified in any way and must be returned in its original packaging complete with lamps any other parts supplied (see returns policy). o We have the right to refuse refunds for failure to meet the above criteria.
Faulty Goods o Any damages, faults or shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt.
