What are the payment options?
Our online payments are transacted through PayPal or Google Checkout, at no point do we see or hold any of your card/payment details.
The process is fully automated and 100% secure. All major debit/credit cards are accepted.

How do I checkout?
When proceeding through checkout we will ask you to specify your delivery address, contact telephone number and email address.
We use this data for no other purpose than verifying your delivery address & keeping you informed. We do not share any of your details with any third party company.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery in the UK will take no longer then 72hrs from dispatch.  Roughly takes 3-5 working days. Please allow 48 hours before requesting a tracking number.
We use a number of different couriers to dispatch our Glass Coffee Tables.

What guarantee do Abode Interiors offer?
All of our products come with a 12 month manufactures guarantee; this is effective from the date of your delivery.

What if I want to return an item?
If you wish to return your Abode order simply contact us within 7 days of delivery. All we ask is that the product be unused, all of the original packaging is present and in a re-sellable condition.

What if my product arrives damaged or gets lost?
It is very important that the packaging is inspected upon delivery; please sign for the box “damaged” no matter how small the box damage might be. We can then process a claim and dispatch a new order to you. If your product is lost we will send another one out.
